We guarantee the proper functionality of our products. For warranty claims within the warranty period, please contact your original dealer, who will submit the request on your behalf.

What is Covered Under Warranty?
Hoffman machines are backed by a 3-year warranty from the date of original purchase.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
If a product or component is proven to be defective due to faulty materials or manufacturing, and has been properly used and maintained, Hoffman will provide free replacement of the affected part within the warranty period. Please contact your original dealer to submit a warranty claim.

How to Obtain Hoffman Warranty Service
If you need warranty service, please discontinue use of the product immediately and promptly contact your original dealer.

Conditions
A warranty claim must be submitted with proof of purchase, including a completed warranty card, invoice, or receipt showing the purchase date, model number, serial number, and the name and address of the authorized dealer.

Non-Warranty Service
If Hoffman or an authorized Hoffman dealer determines that the defect or damage is not covered under the warranty, the authorized dealer will perform the repair using genuine parts and their technical expertise, and a service fee will be charged.
